Natale`s Restaurant & Cater in Scranton

Had an unfortunate situation. First time there. They open at 4pm, we had reservations at 4:30pm. Showed up 4:15pm and we were the only people there. They sat us at a table where we had no light so we asked to move to another table and not one not two but three waitresses told us no because every table was reserved that had light apparently? We then politely demanded a new table and they told us next time to call and ask for a table in the back room where there is more light. Very rude . They walked us finally to a new table and then I still had one of the workers behind me saying if I came closer to my reservation time (15 mins later may I add) she would have been more prepared. At that point we were being insulted and disrespected so we left. As a fellow business owner, I am shocked that all staff members thought this was the right way to treat customers. If you open at 4pm to the public, then you should be ready at 4pm to serve. What a disappointing event there.

I can't say enough great things about Sidels! Where to start...? The menu is top shelf. Great seafood and their daily specials are always something special. Tuesday night is lobster special night.The restaurant itself is cozy and warm and the staff especially Chrissy, who is Rich's Wife is wonderful and she makes that you are well taken care of. The Chef and owner, Rich creates incredible dishes that are simply amazing! He gives a lot of thought to his menu and puts a lot of heart into what he serves. The deserts are their own creations as well and couldn't be any better. If you haven't discovered Sidels, you're missing one of Scranton's best places to dine. Go there, now!!!Keep up the great work! My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant on a whim and we are so glad we did. You would never know from the outside just how fancy and lovely this place is. The food was delicious and the drinks are great! We plan on going here again.

Amazing staff and the food is absolutely incredible! Filet mignon was the best I have ever had I was able to use a butter knife to cut it. Will definitely be back!
